Yes! To ensure safety and peace of mind, Desert Lily Cleaning does a background check on all cleaners.

This is to ensure we have plenty of time to get your cleaning done just right! Some jobs may take more or less time, but we don't want our cleaners rushing through a job. We strive for quality at all times.

When we set an appointment up for our clients, we set aside our cleaner's valuable time and supplies necessary for the job. This also guarantees your spot is reserved and no other customer's can take that time slot. 

Please know that all deposits will be applied to the final amount due.

We ask that if you need to cancel or re-schedule your cleaning that you notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment within that time period, 100% of your deposit is refundable. If less than 24 hour notice is given, the deposit can be applied to future cleanings!

• Deposits are due prior to booking a cleaning. 
• Final balance owed is due immediately upon completion of the job.
• We accept payments through our website, Zelle, CashApp and Cash.
• No checks or money orders accepted. 

Absolutely! We customize specials for our client's that wish to have weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleanings!

Yes! We offer a discounted rate to the new customer and a discount towards future services for our current clients.
